The role of an Operations Manager is to oversee the security operations for a operational division or regional area, ensuring that services are provided as per the Site Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and that staff operate and perform safely, effectively and in alignment with customer and company expectations.
Mandatory Training (Unit Standards 27360, 27361 and 27364) is required for this role.

Duties
- To be clearly visible

Role Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to work irregular hours (24 x 7 industry)
- Must be confident and capable of working alone
- Must have reasonable fitness
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Requirement to hold a NZ Drivers Licence
- Must have good written and spoken English
- Requirement to complete mandatory training requirements to obtain Certificate of Approval to work in industry (3-month window to complete)
