A Branch or Divisional Manager manages the operations and sales development for the assigned location or division, to achieve growth targets, backlog and profit targets as per agreed budgets and to coordinate and develop partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.

Duties
  • Plan, organise, direct and control sales and operations and direct reports
  • Responsible for quality and presentation of the company image for the location or division
  • Responsible for the training and development of immediate team
  • Accountable for growth and profitability of location or division
  • Selection, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees (in conjunction with General Manager or CEO)
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, practice and procedures
  • Reporting to General Manager or CEO
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are followed
  • Promote and drive continuous improvement
Role Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Experienced in running operations
  • Experienced in developing effective relationships and achieving targets
  • Must be confident in leading teams and setting standards
  • Accurate and methodical
  • Must have project management skills
  • Must have a clean criminal record
  • Able to work well under pressure

Indicative Pay Scales
  • Entry level – $75,000 to $80,000
  • Mid-level – $80,000 to $110,000
  • High level – $110,000 to  $125,000 plus vehicle
